• Only the vehicle cabin (passenger seat) may be accessed by the customer when invited by the operator for safe transport purposes.

• Customers must remain at a safe distance during loading, unloading, or winching operations.

By engaging TSA Towing for towing or roadside assistance services, you acknowledge and agree that:

• TSA Towing and its employees are not responsible for any personal injury, accident, or property damage resulting from a customer’s decision to approach, handle, or climb onto the tow truck or related equipment.

• Customers accept full responsibility and risk if they disregard safety instructions or enter restricted areas around towing operations.
